BEavers HERE NOW Drop-In Meditation
New!  BEavers HERE NOW: Peer-facilitated mindfulness meditation held Monday-Thursday at 3:30pm in Callahan 125, open to all OSU community members. 
The following CAPS facilitated drop-in meditation sessions are being offered Winter 2018:
  • All students: Tuesdays 9 to 10am, Wednesdays 3:30 to 4:30pm, and Thursdays 3 to 4pm at CAPS
  • Graduate students: Tuesdays 12:00 to 1pm at the GSSC (MU 203)
  • Faculty/Staff: Thursdays 12:30 to 1pm at CAPS


Regular mindfulness meditation can reduce stress, improve cognitive function, increase happiness, improve your immune system, and more! Let CAPS help you begin or maintain your meditation practice with free, drop-in group meditation sessions! These are open to the entire OSU community and all skill levels are welcome. No registration is required.
