Regular mindfulness meditation can reduce stress, improve cognitive function, increase happiness, improve your immune system, and more! Let CAPS help you begin or maintain your meditation practice with free, drop-in group meditation sessions! All groups are beginner-friendly and are open to all skills levels. No registration is required. Spring Term Mindfulness Schedule

Mindfulness Meditation Drop-Ins at CAPS
  • Students: Tuesdays 9:00 to 10:00am & Thursdays 3:00 to 4:00pm
  • Faculty & Staff: Thursdays 12:30 to 1:00pm 
The Mindful Grad
  • Thursdays 1:00 to 2:00pm at the Graduate Student Success Center (MU 203).
  • Peer-led, open to all OSU community members. Monday-Thursday 3:30pm in Callahan 125.
Meditation Translated
  • Fifteen-minute peer-led sessions in English, Arabic, Chinese and Japanese. Visit @osu_meditationtranslated on Instagram for daily language schedules. Monday-Thursday 5:00pm in ILLC 253.
