Did you know that regular mindfulness meditation can reduce stress, improve cognitive function, increase happiness, improve your immune system, and more? Let CAPS help you begin or maintain your meditation practice with free, drop-in group meditation sessions! These are open to the entire OSU community and all skill levels are welcome. No registration is required. Simply drop in on the days you are able to, but please arrive on time as not to disturb the session. ​Need a place to practice meditation privately? Spring Term Schedule

All Students:
  • Mondays 11am-12pm at CAPS (starts week 2), facilitated by Emmy Woessner, PsyD 
  • Thursdays 3-4pm at CAPS (starts week 2), facilitated by Jim Gouveia, LCSW 
Graduate Students:
  • Tuesdays 1:30-2:30pm in the Graduate Student Success Center/MU 203 (starts week 1), facilitated by Shaznin Daruwalla, PsyD 
Faculty & Staff:
  • Thursdays 12:30-1pm at CAPS (starts week 2), facilitated by Jim Gouveia, LCSW
