The Mental Fitness Movement is an online challenge that encourages the practice and adoption of healthy behaviors that promote mental well-being. Each week will be a new challenge topic and your activity will be logged and submitted through an electronic survey. Each week's challenge topic will also have the opportunity for bonus activities to earn extra points. The top earner each month will win a prize and the overall top 3 competitors at the end of the challenge will receive Grand Prizes.
