I am a generalist and enjoy working with a variety of presenting concerns. My specialty areas of interest include trauma, family of origin distress, identity development, LGBTQ-identified students, disordered eating, body image, and anxiety

Personal Interests: 

I am a very proud parent to a dog and a cat. I love spending time outside enjoying the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, often hiking or swimming with my dog and partner. I’m an avid dancer, and enjoy taking classes or just dancing around my living room. I also love exploring new places and eating new foods.
