I currently facilitate Trauma Empowerment group and am liaison for Collegiate Recovery Center.

Theoretical Orientation: 

I utilize a trauma-informed humanistic approach to therapy, also making use of tools from models including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I believe clients are the experts on themselves, not me. My role is to offer connection, affirmation, observation, gentle challenges, resources, and education in order to help clients overcome obstacles to creating the life they desire.
