I run the Managing Anxiety group each term. The group is based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness based skills. I co-lead the Multiracial Student Connection group during the year. I co-lead an Understanding Self and Others (graduate/non-trad) group. I am the Liaison to Asian & Pacific Cultural Center (APCC) and Multiracial Beavers.
My therapeutic style is integrative. I use a multicultural, humanistic approach with my clients. I draw from several theories including Buddhist psychology, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
