Regular mindfulness meditation can reduce stress, improve cognitive function, increase happiness, improve your immune system, and more! Let CAPS help you begin or maintain your meditation practice with free, drop-in group meditation sessions! All groups are beginner-friendly and are open to all skills levels. No registration is required. Drop-In Meditation at CAPS

Engage in an ancient meditation practice that facilitates calmness, peace and balance in one’s life. These beginner-friendly groups are led by counselors and benefit all levels of practitioners, providing an opportunity to learn and practice mindfulness. Unplugged: Mindfulness Meditation for Graduate Students

The responsibilities of graduate school can sometimes be overwhelming. Making mindfulness part of your routine can help alleviate some of this stress and encourage a healthier, more focused you! CAPS invites all graduate students to a weekly drop-in meditation session at the Graduate Student Success Center. No sign-up is required. Just drop in and de-stress! Questions?
