Regular mindfulness meditation can reduce stress, improve cognitive function, increase happiness, improve your immune system, and more! Let CAPS help you begin or maintain your meditation practice with free, drop-in group meditation sessions! All groups are beginner-friendly and are open to all skills levels. No registration is required. Simply drop in on the days you are able to, but please arrive on time as not to disturb the session. Need a place to practice meditation privately? Engage in an ancient meditation practice that facilitates calmness, peace and balance in one’s life. These beginner-friendly groups are led by counselors and benefit all levels of practitioners, providing an opportunity to learn and practice mindfulness. Just drop-in, but be sure to arrive on time.
