Managing Anxiety Workshop

Starts week 5, Spring Term, Mondays 1-2:30 PM, Via Zoom

Learn different ways to manage your anxiety through challenging unhelpful thinking habits, learning tools for relaxation, and developing a mindfulness practice. Groups will be tailored to meet participant’s needs for coping with anxiety during COVID19 sheltering in place. Each workshop series of three sessions will be offered twice as indicated below. 

The first workshop series will be weeks 5-7 and the second workshop series will be weeks 8-10.
