Connecting to the Self:  Trauma Sensitive Yoga Group

This group will use trauma sensitive yoga practices that include grounding, connecting with internal sensations, and simple stretches to loosen physiological responses that get trapped in the body.  The group will also include a processing period of time to articulate experiences from the yoga and build connection to others in the group. Participants must also be in individual therapy in order to participate. Requires a pre-group appointment. Contact to schedule.
