Mental Health Initiative

The Mental Health Initiative is a team of student event coordinators who meet weekly to design and deliver meaningful, campus-wide programs that foster mental wellness, strengthen connection, and support suicide prevention efforts.

Through thoughtful planning and collaboration, the team brings awareness to mental health while creating welcoming spaces for learning, hope, and building community. Signature events include impactful annual programs like the Out of the Darkness Campus Walk and Mental Health Refresh.

Students who are interested in making a difference, building leadership skills, and being part of a supportive community are encouraged to join the initiative!
