I received my B.A. in Psychology from Kenyon College and my M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Loyola College in Maryland. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor I (CADC-I).
I view the primary goal of therapy as meeting the needs of my clients, and tailor therapy sessions to address a client’s unique strengths, goals and background. My therapeutic style is primarily based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and informed by solution-focused and humanistic therapies. I also utilize a trauma lens and multicultural lens as needed.
