Believing that a strong therapeutic relationship is necessary for successful therapy outcomes, I strive to provide a warm, trauma-informed, and validating environment where my clients feel understood and cared for. I work from an integrative approach primarily utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, solution-focused therapy, acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT) and family systems theories.  My objective is to work collaboratively with clients to help them safely explore their unique challenges, identify their values and goals, and learn tools to help increase their emotional and social well-being.
