Theoretical Orientation:

My clinical work is grounded in psychodynamic theory with integration from other modalities such as CBT, DBT, and person-centered. I enjoy taking a very collaborative approach, in which the client is in the driver's seat and I am a passenger with a roadmap. I see my job as helping to guide you on your journey by providing therapy that is individualized and encourages positive meaningful changes through an exploration of yourself, the relationships you have with others, and the world around you. All of my work is multiculturally informed which means I believe, in order to fully grasp a client's experience, it is important for me to understand the intersection of their identities. I hope to help all my clients feel safe, understood, and seen.
