I work from an integrative approach primarily utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and psychodynamic approaches. My aim in all my therapeutic relationships is to establish a warm, trauma informed, and empowering atmosphere where my clients and I can work together to identify their strengths and goals to help address any challenges they are facing and to learn new skills to maintain positive mental health and well-being in the future.
