  • For short-term individual counseling, visit the Accessing Our Services webpage, then select Short-Term Individual Counseling from the menu to schedule a consultation. If online scheduling isn't convenient for you, give CAPS a call during business hours at 541-737-2131 and we'll be happy to schedule your consultation for you.
  • Anytime Anywhere offers an app that provides OSU students free access to immediate support anytime 24/7, as well as short-term teletherapy with the same ongoing counselor. Scheduling is available on nights and weekends.
  • Anytime Anywhere offers an app that provides OSU students free access to short-term individual and relationship counseling with the same ongoing therapist. MySSP also provides immediate access to a counselor 24/7.

Anytime Anywhere offers an app that provides OSU students free access to short-term scheduled teletherapy sessions, available in 150 different languages. Students can also get immediate access to a counselor anytime 24/7, available in Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, French and Engish.
