Open to all OSU community members, each session offers a different 15-minute guided meditation. Practicing mindfulness meditation regularly provides benefits including decreased stress and anxiety, increased positive emotions, and improved focus. Meets Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:00pm in MU 13, or register to attend via Zoom at https://beav.es/iuc.
