Winter Term: Tuesdays & Wednesdays at 4:00pm starting week 1

Enjoy a different 15 minute guided meditation each week. Benefits of meditation include: Stress Reduction, Better Sleep, Sharper Concentration, Anxiety Management & Happier Relationships.
