Laughter Yoga Club

Spring Term: Every Monday & Friday through dead week, 4:00-4:30pm PDT, via Zoom. Click here to register.

Laughter reduces stress and improves health.  Anyone can laugh intentionally. OSU’S Laughter Yoga Club will guide you through the exercise and experience of intentional laughter with a certified laughter yoga leader. Mindfulness Meditation (students only)

Spring Term: Wednesdays 12-1pm PDT, starting week 2, via Zoom

Enjoy an hour to pause, contemplate, practice being in quiet & stillness, and learn to train the mind during the busy-ness of the day.  Join us for an hour of learning to accept the reality as it is. Please contact Michele.Ribeiro@oregonstate.edu for Zoom link. Students only.
