About Us
At Counseling & Psychological Services, we are dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of OSU students. We are here to help you achieve your goals, foster personal growth, and promote a culture of care across campus. We pride ourselves on fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where every student feels seen and valued. We are committed to ensuring that everyone’s specific needs are met with professionalism, compassion, and respect.
What We Offer
Our comprehensive range of services is designed to support the needs of a diverse student body. We provide immediate support during critical times, multiple short-term individual counseling options, and an extensive group counseling program. The Mind Spa provides a private tranquil space where students and employees can unwind, and we offer resources to explore that can help boost resilience and make self-care more accessible.
We offer specialized services such as counselors dedicated to supporting specific student communities, letters for gender-affirming healthcare, and identity-based support groups. Additionally, we provide guidance for students concerned about others, consultations for faculty and family members, and referrals to off-campus counselors. Finally, our mental health promotion initiatives aim to make mental well-being a priority across campus.
