Anytime Anywhere: 24/7 Help
We have teamed up with TELUS Health to bring students Anytime Anywhere, a program that provides free mental health support, accessible 24/7 from anywhere in the world, every day of the year. This service is available to all students enrolled through the Corvallis campus, Cascades campus, and Ecampus.
What does Anytime Anywhere offer?

Real Time Support
When you need to talk to a counselor, Anytime Anywhere makes it easy to connect with one right away. You can use the app to communicate with a counselor via in-app chat or phone. Immediate counseling is offered in English, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese and French.

Scheduled Teletherapy
Conveniently schedule and attend teletherapy sessions via phone or video at times that work best for you, including nights and weekends. You may request a counselor with specific identities like gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and more. Teletherapy is offered in over 150 languages. Currently, scheduled teletherapy is only available to Corvallis and Ecampus students.

Well-being Resources
Explore mental and physical health resources like articles, videos, and audio lessons that cover a wide range of mental and physical health. Browse featured resources or search for a specific subject like anxiety, living away from home, body positivity, sleep, and many more.

How to download and use the app
Step 1: Download for your operating system.

Step 2: Use the “search for your school" function, then find Oregon State University, and select your campus.
Step 3: Enter your name, preferred language, and follow directions to give informed consent for this service.
Step 4: Once your registration is complete, view the options on your home screen to call or chat with a counselor, to schedule an appointment for short-term teletherapy, or to explore wellness resources.

You may also access services by visiting the Telus Health Student Support website or calling Telus Health Student Support directly at 1-866-743-7732 in the U.S. and Canada. Outside the U.S. or Canada, call 001-416-380-6578.

Anytime Anywhere complements existing CAPS services, while expanding access to counseling 24/7/365. It is:
- Immediate: If you’re a student with an immediate need, you will be assigned to the first available counselor who speaks your native language.
- Ongoing: Anytime Anywhere provides ongoing support with no limit on the number of student counselor interactions, as deemed appropriate. If you need ongoing support, you will be assigned to a counselor; continuity of support will continue with an Oregon licensed professional.
- Multilingual: Help is available 24/7 in five languages: English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish and French. Additional language support is available on request. Scheduled short-term teletherapy is available in over 150 languages.
- Confidential: Anytime Anywhere is confidential within the limits of the law. No one (including family, friends, or OSU faculty or staff beyond CAPS) will know you have reached out unless you choose to share.
- Free of additional costs: Anytime Anywhere is covered by your student fees.
Yes. Like other services at CAPS, Anytime Anywhere is confidential within the limits of the law. Unless there is a concern about your immediate safety, permission from you would be required before it would be possible to share anything that you say, or even that you have used our services.
No. In fact, if you are in crisis — an acute situation such as experiencing suicidal feelings — it is best to call 988 or 541-737-2131 for immediate local help.

Creating a profile helps you in two main ways:
- You can access services via the app much quicker once a confidential file has been created for you.
- The clinician you connect with will know how to get back in touch with you if your call or chat accidentally disconnects.
Anytime Anywhere counselors are not able to provide these services.
