Theoretical Orientation
I believe that a strong relationship is the foundation of effective therapy. I approach clients goals and concerns from humanistic, multicultural, and feminist perspectives. I draw upon and integrate multiple modalities including client-centered techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
