CAPS offers a number of services that we believe will enhance all Ecampus students’ mental wellness.  Check out our Resilience Toolbox. We offer self-help, peer-to-peer support, a Happiness class online, and several wellness apps. You can access these services at your convenience.

Ecampus students can access services at CAPS.  Feel free to call us at 541-737-2131 between 8am to 5pm, Mon-Fri, to learn more about this option. If you know you would like ongoing counseling and you are new to CAPS, please fill out our consultation request form for individual counseling, or if you are seeking relationship counseling for you and your partner(s), fill out the couples/relationship consultation request form. If you decide to move forward with counseling, the OSU health & counseling fee of $197.53 per term will be charged to your student account once your first session is scheduled (no fee is required for the initial consultation). This fee provides access to Student Health Services, in addition to CAPS.

Because our services are being provided remotely, clients need a private space in which to meet. If this is a challenge for you, please let your counselor know and you will be provided with information about private space that is available on campus.
