Ecampus students can access services at CAPS. Feel free to call us at 541-737-2131 between 8am to 5pm, Mon-Fri, to learn more about this option. If you know you would like ongoing counseling and you are new to CAPS, please schedule a consultation. If you decide to move forward with counseling, the OSU health services fee will be charged to your student account once your first session is scheduled (no fee is required for the initial consultation). Teletherapy regulations prohibit CAPS counselors from providing ongoing counseling to anyone not physically present in Oregon. However, you may still call CAPS if you are in crisis. If you need guidance on finding a provider in your area, you may schedule a consultation.
