Anytime Anywhere

No matter which campus you attend, you can get mental health support anytime 24/7 with Anytime Anywhere. When you need to talk to a counselor, this app makes it easy to connect with one right away, via phone or in-app chat. Immediate counseling is offered in English, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese and French.

You can also use the app to explore resources like articles, videos, and audio lessons that cover a wide range of mental and physical health topics. Browse featured resources or search for a specific subject like anxiety, living away from home, body positivity, sleep, and many more.

Finding an Off-Campus Provider

With Thriving Campus you can explore off-campus providers dedicated to supporting OSU students. Using a variety of search filters, you can easily find therapists who meet your needs. While most participating providers are based in the Central Willamette Valley and Portland area, many offer teletherapy, making their services accessible to students statewide.
