We are excited to announce the upcoming launch of the Beavers Belong Support Network, a new peer support program designed to help students build meaningful connections and support one another through the challenges of college life.
The Beavers Belong Support Network empowers OSU students to create inclusive communities and support each other’s mental well-being, identities, and day-to-day lives through peer-facilitated supportive spaces and community events. Our supportive spaces are led by Student Leaders who have been trained in facilitation and well-being resources to create welcoming spaces and facilitate inclusive and engaging dialogue.
Why join?
-
Shared experiences – Connect with students who understand what you're going through.
-
Supportive environment – A welcoming space to share and listen.
-
Respectful spaces – What’s shared in the group stays in the group.
Starting Spring Term 2025, supportive spaces will be available to both undergraduate and graduate students, with meetings held outside of CAPS and Snell Hall to ensure a comfortable, approachable setting. Meeting details, including days, times, and locations, will be announced soon. Fill out an interest form to be notified once details are finalized.
