Urgent Needs

If you've recently experienced gender-based or interpersonal violence, help is available on and off campus. You may contact us at 541-737-2131 to connect with an Interpersonal Violence Services counselor, or contact the Center for Advocacy, Prevention & Education.
Off campus, you can get crisis and ongoing support at the Center for Rape & Domestic Violence and compassionate medical care at Sarah's Place, located at Samaritan General Hospital in Albany.

Non-Crisis Needs
You may use Anytime Anywhere to speak with a counselor immediately and/or schedule teletherapy appointments.
If you think a one-time conversation with a counselor would be most helpful, you may schedule an appointment for our Single Session Clinic.
You can also attend short-term counseling at CAPS by scheduling a phone consultation during which a triage specialist will help connect you with an appropriate counselor fo you.
We partner with Thriving Campus to ensure that students who need longer-term or specialized care can receive the support they need.
With Thriving Campus, you can browse through a directory of local mental health professionals. The platform allows you to filter by various criteria such as specialization, accepted insurance, and counselor identity, ensuring you find a match that feels right for you.

Anytime Anywhere offers OSU students free access to immediate support anytime 24/7, as well as short-term teletherapy with the same ongoing counselor. Scheduling is available on nights and weekends, making it a great option if your schedule is limited during business hours.
Anytime Anywhere offers Corvallis Campus and Ecampus students free short-term teletherapy, including couples counseling.
You may also use Thriving Campus to find and contact off-campus providers who offer relationship counseling.
Anytime Anywhere offers OSU students free access to short-term scheduled teletherapy sessions, available in 150 different languages. Students can also get immediate access to a counselor anytime 24/7, available in Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, French and English.
The Single Session Clinic (SSC) is dedicated to Corvallis campus students seeking a one-time counseling session.
Whether you need guidance on navigating a situation or concern or would like a few pointers on enhancing your well-being, SSC counselors are here to listen and help you develop an action plan.
