Short-term counseling aims to address concerns and achieve specific goals in a short time. Students come to us for a variety of reasons including academic stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and much more. To start, schedule a brief phone consultation with a triage specialist to discuss your needs. You may book this online, allowing you to choose a convenient date and time while completing all necessary forms in advance. If you prefer not to schedule online, our office specialists can help you schedule by phone or in person during business hours, and the forms will be sent to you before your appointment. To schedule your phone consultation, please select the appropriate option below to ensure you speak with the right triage specialist or counselor for you.
